The Secret Ingredient To Releasing Negative Emotions 


One of the biggest challenges with the women I teach and work with is in their struggle to ground and release negative emotions such as agitation, anger and frustration, or even let go of the emotional need to do, push and strive in their lives, even when they have specifically made time to prioritise their health with the practice of meditation, self reflection or relaxation. This often puts them off before even trying to let go and explore a self care practice, because they’re often not in the mood!

In the moment it’s really tough to let such powerful emotions and feelings go when they can have such a strong hold over you. The trouble is you could be living in your state of fight or flight, many people are today because of the constant day to day stress of our culture, and that’s not going to give up it’s hold easily. So it’s kind of a chicken and egg scenario…

The remedy!?  Essential oils!

Essential Oils are a great tool to help you with grounding, emotional balance, physical ailments and even spiritual growth.

The use of essential oils in the treatment of health and well-being has been around for centuries and they’re making a much needed comeback into our often chaotic busy modern day lives.

Using essential oils in addition to practices such as yoga, mindfulness meditation , self-compassion and chakra cleansing will help enhance these practices and work on you from the inside out.

Why not try mixing my chakra balancing meditation with your chosen essential oil combination, (Warning not all oils are created equally. Make sure you use a quality oil)

I highly recommend ‘Peace’ (click here for further info or to buy) my personal favourite, and apply topically by rubbing on the feet.

Or, alternatively, try an aromatherapy approach by using a diffuser, or diluting in tea or water. You can also ingest essential oils in capsule form.
